Hi Francis, I agree that more than just budgetry constraints will hold back successful video conferencing roll outs. It is often a case of company objectives, leadsership and culture. To answer your question, I know of a number of good UK based systems integrators of conferencing systems, and consultants that now offer 'drving adoption' internal marketing plans; these plans both address the problems that you have raised and increases usage.

I do not disagree with your points, and they are real, but I do believe that you are referencing a small percentage of the business community; not those young enough have grown up in a video ready world, and not those experienced enough to be of a less vain disposition.
